labs .. born to hunt
yeah she was so cute about it till I saw her dip her entire head in and almost catch one. On the other hand, they are only goldfish – cost a whopping $2 for eight.
But they are getting nice and big. Hate to have to start over.
I was 1st introduced to labs as hunters when i was in my early twenties, and got my 1st pup Meg.. a good little retriever. Her mom Harlem was a great dog.. she actua;;y would go into a pond and chase ducklings, often diving under, catching one and gently bring the duckling to me unhurt. To then be released back into the pond..

yeah labs are the best. Hannah is a real sweetie. After she snapped at the coi The Beast reprimanded her and now she leaves them alone. She still watches them for hours but she also knows they are not hers to play with so she leaves them alone. The most she will do is stir the water with a paw when they stop swimming to make them move about.

What an adorable pooch…I love retrievers. Is she a lab/golden mix?
Yes bloom, exactly right. She is sweet and obedient and playful. She carries a tennis ball with her wherever she goes and if nobody wants to play with her she will bounce it against the ground and chase it herself.
The fishies mesmerize her.
