And I'm from Michigan, so when I am older, i want to ivestigate this out..... He had a house built on it and sold the rest as parecels for other houses to be built. My theory was that since we only see the shadowy thing sporadically, if it's the guy who owned the land (he died in the bathtub at the house 3 doors down)he would still view it ALL as his land and therefore roam around multiple houses and yards. Well, the other day my daughters babysat for the neighbor and their little girl talked about seeing a ghost at their house...and later the little boy talked about it too.
